I clipped this: "It does not sound like a band at all to me. It sounds like an assembly of trained sheep in Ian's living room, asking the master for permission to bleat and how loudly".
I can't disagree with this, and it's been this way since the 90's. |

I don't care what has happened in the 90's, 80's, 70's, or 60's. Any one can disagree with Ian Anderson about personnel, but 1 star? This album is at least 4 of 5 stars. Anything less is sour grapes.

Couldn't agree more with these, sadly enough. Just wish they would have at least checked their spelling....

Couldn't agree less with these. I assume they would have been incapable of checking their spelling....

Yeah, this is a familiar style of criticism. "I DONT LIKE THIS ALBUM, I REFUSE TO NOTICE A SINGLE REDEEMING QUALITY, BECAUSE MY OPINION MATTERS"
I'm not against negative reviews, in fact some of the best reviews I've read for my favorite albums were negative ones (because they were productive and relevant in many ways), but this is just someone relishing in their own opinion. (not to say I'm innocent of that, but I don't do this shit for a living)
