Serge what do you think of making ships or boats the subject for March
Great thought, it seems Ok for me, Charlie. The subject sounds like fairly interesting to enjoy again the whole month of March long. Will you start it up? I think it'd be honest. Do it yourself, mate. Brilliant your last windy find. Thanks for your implication on this one all along February
This goes for Jim, the striking Eddie The Head!!
As he stares across the garden looking at the meadows wonders if they’ll ever grow again The desperation of the situation getting graver getting ready when the wild wind blows
Come on folks, let's go thinkin' of and uncoverin' new songs about or including ships or boats remarks for the new March subject.

How about ''The Clasp'' from ''Broadsword and the Beast''.
Excellent Song. Thanks Serge! I wanted to add another reason to like Iron Maiden. Wikipedia: Claims of Satanic References In 1982, the band released one of their most popular, controversial and acclaimed albums, "The Number of the Beast". The artwork and title track led to Christian groups in the United States branding the band as Satanists, encouraging people to destroy copies of the release. The band's manager, Rod Smallwood, later commented that Christians initially burnt the records, but later decided to destroy them with hammers through fear of breathing in the melting vinyl's fumes. The claims were not restricted to the United States, however, with the Catholic Church managing to prevent Iron Maiden from performing in Chile in 1992.
"Every time I think of people burning albums and cds, I want to kick some ass!" Jim I first saw Iron Maiden in '83 and there were Religious Freaks outside protesting. They were organized by Jim Bakker of PTL Christian T.V. Network in Charlotte, North Carolina.( Fuckin' Idiots! )

My God, excellent for the next exciting thread about ships or boats In the meantime let's carry on with winds
Jim, once my brother-in-law, a really Iron Maiden hardcore fan, told me the surprising Bruce Dickinson's story happened to him around his family and religion and the later changes of mind they took, that's why Iron Maiden's title tracks are thereafter like this but this isn't a reason to destroy their albums by anybody.
Charlie, this Traffic's song you've showed us was one of my own outstanding for this weekend . Awesome. Good played.
To let me in from the cold Turn my lead into gold Cause there's chill wind blowing in my soul And I think I'm growing old

Great Tull's find, Charlie. I'm also very fond of trees subject, this is a very special Tull's song going with this nice willows shot.
This windy course is approaching to its ending, which gives me sadness but of course also good spirits through the good vibes experienced. The music listened was superb, too. Thanks to all contributors. Raise my pint to toast for!!
Music, please!!
Standing all alone, Fred the scarecrow Hasn't got a clue how the wheat grows Doesn't mind the rain, hates the cold though Specially when those icewinds blow snow

I think we should continue the threads, so we can add the wind songs when ever we find them. My brain is in slow motion most of the time and I am sure I will think of some more. It would be ashame if we did not post them. So I think we should keep these threads open.

What do you think.
If you agree, I also do. I think your offer it's an acceptable choice as the game is still being amusing for our brains . Winds remarks on songs are so innumerable as not going to stop this fun just now. OK Charlie, that threads keep going as long as our bodies endure . . Thanks
And now from Ireland Mr. Rory Gallaguer, another of my favourite rock guitarist of music history.
Yes I'm a million miles away, I'm a million miles away, I'm sailing like a driftwood, On a windy bay, On a windy bay.

Today, to be still in winter, it was warm and absolute calm of winds here in my hometown and so I took my bike and my camera to show you some pics of San Juan beach and of our harbor where old and new ships are still beached ready to sail for our upcoming March course . I wish It is going with cool winds for this next exciting drive. La Santísima Trinidad, one of the first ships which landed to America in 1492
Porcupine Tree, the band of the best nowadays music producer
I'm sitting in the concrete I'm listening for a heartbeat I'm sitting in the painting I promised I'd be waiting I'm sitting in the window I'm listening to the wind blow I'm sitting in an hour glass I'm waiting for the march past

I really liked it, Jim
Thanks Charly
There's a place where I can go, where I listen to the wind singing Songs of happiness I know, and it brings it all back again Somewhere deep inside of me, there's a song that I can sing Jigsaw puzzles on a tree, and it brings it all back again Will the day be warm and bright, or will it snow? There are people waiting here who really want to know

Robert Lloyd Davies
Clouds Time spent with you it seems to go so fast We cling to hours cling to seconds but they never last Now we are apart the time it crawls so slow So like two clouds in the sky let us wait for the wind to blow Go we must Go our time is now And I don’t care we will work it out somehow And we won’t ever admit we have gone to far Cos I know what this does to you and you know full well what the Implications of this are
Its Fine
Lyrics I whispered her name In an unfamiliar place The crowd all moved as one And pretended to have fun Lets get out of here It only makes us sad It aggravates our senses and drives our spirits mad But there is something pressing I will only say it once It might be hard to fathom But here I go I can’t stay here by your side forever my love It’s not something that we can hide Its something we both know And I don’t want to compromise the closing of our time I know this love of ours can’t last But right now it’s fine I ran with the wind But her mark remained on everything There was no exiting applause Just a welcoming side door So I got out of there It was making me sad It pressurised my senses and drove my spirit mad But there was something pressing I only said it once She found it hard to fathom But I went on I can’t stay here by your side forever my love It’s something that we don’t ignore It’s something that we both know And I don’t want to compromise the closing of our time
I know this love of ours can’t last But right now it’s fine I cant stay here by your side forever my love Its something we can’t hide Its something we both know And I don’t want to compromise the closing of our time I hope this love of ours can last Cos right now it’s fine right now it’s fine
