Beggar's Farm is dubbed as "The Official Italian Jethro Tull Cover Band" and they are one of the most professional tribute bands around. TJTB member Andrea Versaci used to be a member, but currently performs solo Tull covers and his own original material. (See related thread in this department) Here are Beggar's Farm doing a stunning With You There To Help Me, with Clive Bunker guesting on drums: Here they do lilting renderings of Nursie and Wondring Aloud with Andrea providing flute, acoustic guitar and backing vocals: And here, the Farmers crank out Tull classic Black Sunday, with typically superb vocals by lead singer Franco Taulino, and with guest drummer Marco Minnemann who ironically is now the drummer for Eddie Jobson's current UKZ (or is it U-Z? ) project. You transformed my Surname in an incredible "Versaci"...a "mix" of my real Surname "Vercesi" and "Versace" (the stylist) ;D Here they do lilting renderings of Nursie and Wondring Aloud with Andrea providing flute, acoustic guitar and backing vocals: Just a little clarification: In this video I played only acoustic guitar. Franco Taulino plays flute and sings.

Wish i could find musicians like you where i live (tampa florida) you guys are awesome Hello there, Pete, and welcome! Glad to have you aboard. You're right about Beggar's Farm, they are in the top tier of all Tull tribute bands, but check out the many others in our tribute band department. There are quite a few, each with their own particular strength and/or peculiarity. Aqualung is the Tull tribute band from Florida, they've got a frontman who resembles a cross between Ian and Mick, which is actually kind of funny, but they are a good solid tribute. They have a website and facebook page where you can find information about them and any upcoming gigs, in fact I'm sure I included the links to their site and Facebook page in the thread I did on them awhile back. I don't know if they play in the Tampa area, but they might. Anyway, I'm glad you found us here, and we look forward to chatting with you about all things Tull -- and anything else you'd like to talk about -- in the future. Jeff
