Heavy Horses is a Tull tribute band from Norway (I think, but possibly Holland). They've got a FB page, but I don't think they have a website and I'm not sure if they're on Myspace. Their lead vocalist does not play flute; they have a separate flutist who is very good. Check them out their Facebook page by clicking on the link below. They have posted quite a few of their videos, and they are really excellent! I am checking youtube to see if any of their videos are posted there, but I don't think they are, so go to their FB page instead: www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=62988981398Still more Tull tribute bands to follow! Jeff P.S. I just looked and I was wrong....there are quite a few videos of Tull tribute band Heavy Horses on youtube.

In honor of their drummer, Terje, just joining The Jethro Tull Board, we will continue this thread with a few more videos from Heavy Horses, a first-rate Tull tribute band from Norway.
If I'm not mistaken, these lads just did a gig last night in Norway, at a place called The Silver Fox, to coincide with and celebrate Jethro Tull's arrival in their country for three shows starting tonight!
Here are the Horses playing Nothing is Easy:
Witch's Promise:
Welcome to The Jethro Tull Board, Terje and the rest of the Heavy Horses, and enjoy the Tull show there tonight!

I just discovered you guys recently (I was already aware of the other HH from Norway), and I've been meaning to start a thread about your band in our Tribute Band Department, which I will do very soon. As far as I know, there are only two Tull tribute bands in the world called Heavy Horses, and both of you are from Norway! I assume you must know the other guys. BTW, you should really check out the Tribute Band Department here. It is really pretty incredible. The same is true of the entire Jethro Tull Board, as I am confident you will soon discover! Jeff
