Most of us have tried many substances that may or may not be allowed depending on which society you live in. We are a very tolerant bunch of Rock n' Roll Fanatics and I have no sympathy for Prohibition. If you want to enjoy life then enjoy it the best way possible within moderation. Considering the angst and confusion of life, it seems appropriate that we all need to relieve our stress from time to time. On the last days of 2011 here is my first recommendation: When you start to feel that Jethro Tull no longer exists, take 1 - Ian Anderson Extra Strength 500 mg. caplet. When you can't wait for a new Tull album that may never come, take 1 - Martin Barre Extra Strength 500 mg. caplet. If you feel the need to ROCK YOUR ASS OFF, take both and hang on for what's going to be a bumpy ride. Tullenol Extra Strength Caplets :-XThe cure for what ever is coming in 2012 and beyond! :PSpecial thanks to Paul for aiding in the production of this product. Only available here at the The Jethro Tull Board :-/Only sold to Hard Core Tull Fans!

It's almost 2012 and the party is just about beginning across the world. For many years being a Tull Fan has been associated with 'Getting High'. I wonder why? Something must have clicked from all the people who show up baked at a Tull concert. Now it is clear to most people that Ian Anderson never took drugs in his life. However if honesty prevails then nicotine is still considered a drug. I would never criticize his choices in life unless they may have an effect on his wonderful VOICE. So perhaps the idea of his fans making their own choices which enhance their love of Tull would be okay. After many bad experiences with second hand smoke, I understand why Ian would disapprove. But if his shoes were on the other side of a concert setting this would create a real dilemma. Even Sir Paul McCartney has his own stash somewhere. ;D Well life is a long song and many of us get high just listening to the beautiful yet intoxicating sound of Tull. So with new ways of enjoying things perhaps Ian won't be so harsh with the newer alternatives. I just wanted to clear the air at the risk of tweeking a few pious noses. Ian will never be Nancy Reagan and probably not as famous as Sir Paul McCartney. Let Tull fans enjoy your wonderful music the best way they know how and not be overly stern and moral. We all love to party and sometimes Tull Fans do party in unorthadox ways. God Bless you Ian and try a brownie. It might save your voice someday. Also use a designated driver if under the influence of anything including nicotine. Moderation in all things.

Well the clock is ticking and drinks are sure to be mixed. If you don't consider alcohol a drug then guess what? It is. So for anyone planning to celebrate the New Year's in with a traditional Tull Drug. Although Rum and Coke are still my favorite libation. Drink responsibly and always use a designated driver. Party Time till Next Year!

I never asked Ian what wine this was but it looks like a white wine. Perhaps it was this brand? ::)Party on Sir Ian and Lady Shona Anderson.

Well I sure have enjoyed the party on the last night of 2011. In case anyone wanted to know how spaced out I was, I haven't had anything but Pure Tull. Until my doctor allows me to return to my old self, I'm just high on: Tullenol Extra Strength Caplets Happy New Year and Stay Safe

Well I won't argue with Ian over drugs being risky. Especially the ones that can have an effect on his wonderful voice.

That picture of Ian with the wine bottle in the cup holder is an instant classic. Jeff, you need to make that the new top banner for the Jethro Tull Board.

I hope the wine bottle is not open!!!! That is a No No !!! In North Carolina where this pic was taken, they would not want to go through any checkpoints that night. I'm not sure if any cops would have been Tull Fans and said "Okay Mr. Anderson, since it's just your first offense, we can give you a warning ticket." "Now if you can autograph this, we'll forget the whole thing." Correction: Ian does not drive, Shona would get the ticket.

He was missing his trademark bottle of "Becks". I remember going out after a Tull show with Andy and we did have a few bottles of Becks that night
