I know you do, and your team will be formidable this year. But just remember (if you don't mind) Lombardi was a Jersey guy who came from my Giants.

I'm a Redskins fan (which is why I stopped watching football at 17) so obviously I am rooting for new york. I will watch tonight's game and hope that this sunday my team will give me a reason to watch the rest of the season.

Man, that was a frustrating game to watch. The Giants had so many chances--Cowboys had 13 penalties!! They blew it! Usually you can count on the Giants to really put up a fight, but they had more than enough opportunity, and missed out. Oh well, You know they'll do better next time.

What can I say? The Cowboys came prepared and beat us. Our offensive line and our cornerbacks need to play much better.

I was a big football fan until I graduated high school, I stopped following the skins because every season was a let down. I'm thinking of watching more this season. Everyone is saying the skins look good, but that is what is said every year *sigh* you Giants fans are lucky.

The N.F.L. has hired the most incompetent referees in history. The Packers had intercepted the ball in the End Zone with no time left. Whe you see the video tomorrow it will be so obvious that the referees have lost their minds. Green Bay Loses by virtue of a LIE. So much for playing by the rules in the N.F.L. There are none. Packers Seahawks Bad Call Monday NIght Football WORST CALL EVERGoodell to blame for referee debacle msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/nfl-replacement-refs-roger-goodell-seattle-seahawks-green-bay-packers-092412

I heard that over 150 million dollars was lost in Vegas and other betting places. With all of the questionable calls this weekend it makes you wonder. This could be settled if the owners wanted to pay approximately 60K per game to cover the pensions of the NFL refs. The only way the NFL will cave is if we the fans stop watching.

My patience is at an end. Goodell needs to get his act together by Sunday.

First off, I feel sorry for Jim and all the Packers fans. That team battled and battled last night only to have that game stolen from them in the end. But I know one thing, I wouldn't want to be the Saints right now going in to Lambeau Field this Sunday.
The NFL officials couldn't have written this script any better. I'm sure now they will take an even harder line with the the owners.
And how pathetic are the owners thinking replacements would work? The regular officials are barely acceptable, and these buffoons thought they can bring in high school guys to call these games.

it would cost the owners roughly 1/1000th of 1 percent to fix this...not 1% 1/1000th of 1%..a grain of sand in the ocean..
