Good for you. I never received an acknowledgement when I sent them my receipt. If I don't see anything next week I'll contact them again.

TM I sent them my sales slip from Amazon as a PDF file and attached to my Email, I got a confirmation Email that same day, and it took 7 days to arrive...they went all out, 2 dollars and 12 cents to ship..a padded envelope as well.

I had no problems getting a replacement using the same method as Charlie and received mine within 3 days

Mine came directly from Burning Shed. I think I will stick with them for any future purchases (such as Passion Play 5.1 Blu Ray) as they give such great service!
