The counterfeit Jethro Toe singles, the can not even get the label right I have the second one, bought it from a second hand record store in Croydon many moons ago, I noticed it pinned to a wall in it's clean plastic wrapper behind the counter. it had a sticky label on the plastic cover hidding the record label from view, but proclaiming it as rare Jethro Tull single. I asked to look at it and was told it was the genuine article. when I pointed out the error of their 'promotion', they said they would remove it from display, Not doubting their honesty in not selling it under false pretences, I offered to buy it for a fiver [£5], they reluctantly but seemingly gladly agreed. At least some poor unsuspecting punter didn't shell out thinking it was the genuine article.
