Passion Play, featuring the late Paul Caruso (not to be confused with the defunct Passion Play trib outfit from Ohio) was the predecessor band to the outstanding War Child, who are still going strong in the New York metropolitan area with a new frontman, Flip Britton. (See War Child thread for updates)
Until recently, there was little or no footage of Paul Caruso's earlier tribute act, but recently the former, and now current again, Passion Play/War Child drummer, Jeremy Cohen, posted a number of their videos from the late 1990s, early 2000s (plus a couple from 2007, by which time I believe they were already known as War Child) on youtube. They were doing a varied selection of Tull material back then, and viewing these now makes me remember how good of a frontman Paul really was.
These first three go all the way back to 1997:

Wind Up:
Back to the Family
Circa 1999:
Love Story:
Cup of Wonder/Black Sunday/With You There to Help Me:
Minstrel:
Driving Song
More Passion Play to follow.

Jeremy posted these three videos, from a 2007 show, as Passion Play, but I am certain that by this time they were already known as War Child. Either way, they are great.
