Thanks Barfzilla. Another great interview by the most articulate man in Rock and Roll. He makes a good case for his reason for taking on this project and even confronts the criticism of it just being another best of Tull.

He makes a good case for his reason for taking on this project and even confronts the criticism of it just being another best of Tull. From the article .."To the cynics, it's yet another weak and transparent excuse for me to find another way of doing the best of Jethro Tull.” What? To the cynics? Confronts the criticism? I.A. mentioned that this is exactly what this tour was in his own words in a previous article. A regurgitation and excuse to "milk" another best of tour. Even worse with recorded guest vocals and a change to legendary lyrics. Two years worth of tours that are a far cry from Jethro Tull. Maybe it is time to quit crying about climate change and stay at home and stop wasting the resources it takes to travel from continent to continent and just live of his royalties. Hypocrites. prog.teamrock.com/news/2015-11-28/plant-bowie-gilmour-call-for-climate-change-actionIt's at the point where , as a loyal I.A follower, that I could care less if he hangs up touring if this is how it will be and care even less about what he has to say if it doesn't involve music. Shut up and play the flute! Dan

Shut up and play the flute! Dan Agreed, I never took on listening to a band or musician because I needed to hear their political opinion. I've dropped quite a few of my favorites over the past couple of years because I don't want to hear their left or right wing rhetoric. They either do not care or don't realize they're hurting their fan base. BB

Thanks for the link to article about the open letter. Climate change is a hoax. Even if you do believe in it, to ask governments to deal with it is stupid. Hypocrites indeed.

Now we've got deniers here. Maybe it's time to leave this forum.

How boring would this place be if we all agreed all of the time. Yes, Ian invented the "In-Ear Monitors" but I have my doubts about the Claghorn. whistle
