Great review. If only all record reviewers would be as eloquent in their description. One comment, the line, "the armies of the road, salvation a la mode, and a cup of tea" I've always remembered it as "the army's up the road, salvation a la mode, and a cup of tea" [and maybe I need to go back and check the lyrics] being a reference to the Salvation Army, a uniformed army of religious volunteers who took on a role to undertake 'social work' such as looking after down and outs and less fortunates 'in the name of the lord'. They used to [and maybe still do] run soup kitchens, offer tea and a place to 'doss down' [sleep] for the night. Only a minor point [possibly misunderstood reading on my part] in what is a really enjoyable review.

Thanks, Quizz. You are correct, and I've asked that they edit it.
That's what you get when you type from memory at 2:00 AM in the morning.

Another "is" edit. "snot running down his nose" made all school boys snicker with glee in '71
Actually it made this school boy remember winter, ice skating/outdoor hockey rinks. No snicker. lol
Nice read!

No snicker. lol Nice read! Actually, that line was more of a paraphase, in context with its usage in the sentence. But it is frustrating being unable to edit this stuff myself. Bah! I'll just have to reread my submissions several times the next go-round. Either that, or stay away from sharp-eyed Tullites (Tullians? Jethroites? Jethroers? Jethronians?). Thanks again! P.S. Quizz Kid, the line in question has been edited properly. All is right in Tulldom!
