Jeff I think a personal message is enough to delete the post. I think these quotes are not correct, if you intend to disturb what has been achieved Bye Remy P.S, I do not consider a tribute band Double Trouble, I consider it a cover band.I think my post is correctI'm not going to make a quote with that...It seems that a tribute band?Double Trouble Acoustic Duo - There Was a Lad and Starry Sky...I think it is not necessary to teach more...En mi pais decimos donde las dan las tomán.

There's no problem at all, Remy, we don't really worry too much about duplicate threads here, so nothing will be deleted. I was just pointing out the other Double Trouble thread for you and anyone who is interested.
You are right in saying that Double Trouble is really not a tribute band at all, and that they more properly belong in the non-tribute Tull cover band thread, so what you've done is fine!
Jeff

Elf was a rock band founded in 1967 by singer and bassist Ronnie James Dio, keyboardist Doug Thaler, drummer Gary Driscoll, and guitarists Nick Pantas and David Feinstein (Dio's cousin). The band was originally called The Electric Elves, but was shortened to The Elves in 1968 and finally Elf in 1972. Elf disbanded in 1975 after recording three albums and after most of the lineup had been absorbed into Ritchie Blackmore's new group, Rainbow. There is not a cover band, but if they make some covers of Jethro Tull, Aqualung & Crosseyed MaryI imagine that is known to everyone but can not find references in any thread

Excellent! Nice harp. Love it when songs are taken in another direction, yet it sounds just as natural done as a blues tune.

Love the vocals too. This is a great band. Not afraid to get into gritty rock and roll.

No comments... published on October 6, 2012 Remy, It certainly was, I think it probably just got buried in the huge number of recent posts, it's the same for the current Gerald's Blog 10, I posted the text of that sometime back but it got buried as well, we should celebrate how busy it's been! Hopefully, posts will be more evident now we are displaying the 100 most recent posts.
