Does anyone know the oldest (well youngest) known photo of IA? I know I've seen at least one that was maybe during the late teen years but I searched and can't seem to find it. I know there's another that's a little far away. Is there any even older than that? I was just curious. Yes previous picture dumped for the confirmed pic of Ian "building castles" in 1956 Sorry for the false start! Darin

Taking a punt, I believe it is similar to the one on the back cover and the insert to the 'Rocks on the Road' boxset. [Tull CD7] Correct. A curious a choice for use as inclusion on a Tull release. I always wondered why a desert cafe was used. Maybe Rocks on the Road.....

Did someone take away the child picture? What child picture? I found this one and can think of one person who would just love to change his diapers.

Thank you Darin, love it.
I was going to say, the thing that most threw me off about the other one, is he had a really round face, IA has a thin face that shows more in this photo. But then again, children lose the round face more as they get older and who knows, other one could've been taken when he was younger. Seems uncomfortable to play in that outfit, which does seem Wind-upish, doesn't it? It's great to see him little and playing and doing what kids do. Sometimes it's hard to imagine some people having ever been little.
TM, Darin posted a different picture and it was unclear whether it was actually IA or just speculation.
Ok, my favorite parts on babies are their cute little hands, but not so much in that picture...ack!

I've driven by this so many times over the years, off of the I-15 in the Mojave Desert, I decided today, coming back from a long road trip to Utah, to pull over and snap a quick one. Everybody knows this image right?? Darin Is this from the same picture with the liquor store? rocks on the road

Yes isn't it? I wish I could take more credit for it but it is Didi Zill. All I did was scan it. On a 9x12" scanner I might add. I dare ya to find the seem. I was just doing some work on a boot from Paris 76 (audio wise) it was a very cool set list it's the TOTRR tour that never made it to the states. Sounds pretty good. Same around the rest of Europe, included Requiem, Quizz Kid, Big Dipper, Taxi Grab and Rainbow Blues. All left off the set when they started the "Stadium Tour" in the states. Ian was still sporting the minstrel outfit before doning the blue spacesuit, Martin was wearing an odd Karate gee and in this set of Zill's pics (Rotterdam) it was John Glascocks 3rd gig. There a few more that I scanned. They should pop up in a bit. Darin (we make stuff and when we borrow it we give credit) Cody

And speaking of hidden seams, I have to say that I did a pretty good job on the seam on this pic.

Very nice images.
Good to see he's watermarked them discretely, it's s shame you have to do that but so much stuff gets lifted and used without credit these days. Always makes me smile when you see stuff that you know is someone elses photo's and people spend more time cropping or obliterating the watermark than it would take to credit the photographer or host website.
