Hi Folks! As a new member of this community (technology has never been my forte), I wondered if anyone would be interested in my book "The Phantoms of 3000 Years"?
Basically, it deals with some of the myths and legends that have inspired some of JT's more 'folk rock' output. I initially published it in 2000, but then reissued an updated version in late 2009. In keeping with the band's 'underground' image it's been a fairly low key, if global, caper thus far.
Anyhow, it's available on Amazon if you'd care to pursue it, or maybe just email me for further details.

Sorry it took us a few days to greet you here....unfortunately this annoying affliction called "work" is bogging some of us down at the moment, but hopefully that will be subsiding soon. I am aware of your book, and always wanted a copy, although I confess that I have difficulty reading books devoted to the history of Jethro Tull from cover to cover, especially if they are long. I don't think that's the case with yours, though, and it seems like a very interesting read, so I guess it's time for me to order a copy. Then maybe we can discuss it here on the board. Anyway, thanks for your interest in The Jethro Tull Board, we look forward to your participation! Jeff

I know what you mean re work! Anyhow, thanks for the reply, and I'd be happy to answer any questions on my book and its contents. As I say, it's on Amazon where I'm selling it under Stormwatch Publications (beware of imitations!), or direct from myself (via email for details). Thanks for your interest!
