This is a fun game that I stole from Prog Archives that I think the members of the JTB would really enjoy. The object of the game is for one user to post an album cover and the next user posts an album cover that is somehow related to the last. This can go on forever and can get really interesting when members have a vast music collection. This is not limited to Tull records. Backcovers, inner gatefolds, and music-related video covers are fair game. Here's an example: If I posted this The next user might post Which, of course, is very easy, but meant to illustrate the object of the game. Okay, to start off, I'm going to use this one (it is a Tull site afterall!)

If I have this right the connection should hopefully be obvious, translating visuals into text...

Yes, I think that would work. Really, anything goes as long as the cover has some element of the previous one. Here's the original thread if you're interested in more examples: www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=68436&PN=1 The connection does not always have to be obvious. For instance, in response to Johnny Cash, I could post:

I moved this thread because I like the concept and thought it would get greater visibility here. My response:

You got me - I see no connections at all save the TAAB/TAAB2 one. I'm a dummy today.

I believe you guys may be overthinking this. Its associative game; you post a cover that somehow reminds you of the one before.

War Child back cover photo from 1976..... .....and Grant Lee Buffalo's similar back cover, from their 1998 album, Jubilee. It's a funny coincidence how the twin girls on the Jubilee album look remarkably similar to the War Child girl. I wonder if there are any other album cover photos, that are posed in a similar way, suggestive of a carnival. Jeff

not exactly the same but this reminds me of this good to see ya back Jeff! Thanks, Erin, I've been very busy lately, and it's good to be back. I've got a lot of catching up to do, but looking forward to it. That photo is similar, and it also has an accordion like the others. Jeff
