After I emailed EMI (tulldvd@emimusic.com) a copy of my sales lip from Amazon I got an email from them that same day with the following response..
Dear Sir You have provided us with enough information to initiate your replacement process. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of your items.
Thank you for your patience as we try to correct this situation and again we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. EMI Quality Assurance

Just as a reminder for those fans who purchased a faulty copy of the “Thick As A Brick” special edition DVD and haven’t sent off for or received replacements from their retailer already, please contact TullDvd@emimusic.com with proof of purchase for a replacement.
