This is the first in what we hope will be many Jethro Tull contests and give aways that The Boy Scout Manual (www.theboyscoutmanual.com) in conjunction with The Jethro Tull Board, hope to be putting on. Pat and myself will be giving the winner of this contest a Living In The Past Record Store EP if they can correctly answer these questions. Just PM, either Pat (quizzkid) or myself (derekpith) your answers and the first person to answer them correctly will win the prize, So have at it and have fun...

1. The single of Living in The Past has been released in many, countries. Not counting the Record Store release how many countries have seen it, released at least once as 7" single,EP, or Promo. List the countries


2. Name a band or artist who has covered Witch's Promise Provide a YOUTUBE link to it.



3. Teacher has been preformed live by Jethro Tull a handful of times. Most recently in 2010 as great 45 second Martin Barre guitar instrumental. Was Teacher ever performed with the lyrics and if so when and where was the first time.
And "The Beat Club 1970" does not count, as it was mimed and for a TV show audience.

4.What Tull musician made his first appearence on the session of Life Is A Long Song and where and when was that session

Brilliant result, despite having the manual to check the results on I couldn't have competed with the submitted answers.

Hope you enjoy the disc, and a BIG thank you to Charlie for putting the quiz together, checking all the replies, making the disc available paying for it out of his own pocket and picking up the postage tab.
