This video is so great..that it's kind of too good to take in all at once. So, hold onto your butt.
I took this in 2006, I get pretty bored on road trips...
For someone who claims not to like Tull, he's doing a pretty good job of singing it, I think? Except I don't think he knows the lyrics to Cross Eyed Mary much..he always makes those up.

I'm not the only one who does this! I remember some other Tullie posted this on Facebook and I loved it...would love to know where this was taken. This one is better than mine...except the music...yikes...bad sound recording

Did he sing "who would be a small man"? lol Yes!!...and then I think I said, "What THE?" That's the one song he always had these made up lyrics for. I personally think Cross Eyed Mary is very easy lyric-wise but he's always been, "Would rather make it with Electric Ray.....dines in hamster village on extense account that grows" or something...ROFL

Sick As A Brick... or what about this one... put a cigarette in your mouse... that's my mistake by the way... but I would just love to dine in hamster village... lol

Ew, hamster village no doubt, will be covered in droppings. But I bet they have wheels and tubes for us to all run around in.

I was more like thinking of a Disneyesque adventure ride... but maybe it's not such a good idea to dine there anyway... sounds like the hygiene is definitely questionable.... could be a funny name for a band though. lol Which one of us exercises on the old treadmill --- Who hides his head, pretending to sleep?...

Yeah! Riding with me is always like a Disneyesque adventure ride.
Oh that last line, that really fits!
Another reason I love my video is that...that year we were on a trip and headed back to our home several states away. I didn't know that the very area I was filming (during Mountain Men) is where I'd be living 7 years later! I actually filmed the exit you might take off the highway to get to where I live now. I think that's pretty neat...out of all the places I could've filmed! Yeah...that's probably only interesting to me but...and then I had two dogs in the backseat, now you look in the backseat and there's dozens of kids.
You hear us having another pronounciation scuffle on the tape during Cross Eyed Mary, where I said, Waltham! A town in Mass. A lot of Mass towns end in 'ham' and I like to deliberately pronounce it like that...I said, "Walt-HAM" and he corrects me because it's pronounced like, 'Walthum' no emphasis on the HAM. Same with Dedham and Needham. I say, "DEAD-HAM" and "NEED-HAM" like..I need ham! The whole way through the region. Yeah...
