Looks as if Warchild is up next to get the Steven Wilson treatment, and it appears it will include unreleased material.

Not me Bigs. I'm done. If there's a song I want I'll download it for now on.

But I think because I enjoyed the Warchild tour so much (double-dipped), I want to hear/own this one. At the time Warchild was considered a bomb when it was released and Bungle was actually a sleeper before it made the charts.

Wish Ian would skip to the releases that really need polishing. I love Rock Island but that drum mix is horrible!

Can't wait! But it better include the Paris 1975 film as it is from the War Child tour...

This is a logical decision, but I wish SW would go back and look at Stand Up. It was remastered, but never remixed. Should be easy as an 8-track. There was no new vinyl release either, I believe. Unfortunately, we have another reason now as to why Stand Up should be redone...

Yes, so sad to hear that Glen Cornick has died. What an amazing bass player, and never better than on Stand Up, my favorite album. Steve Wilson needs to put aside Warchild for now and work on that magical second Tull release.
Back around 1976 I saw Glen in a band called Paris with Bob Welch (also recently deceased) on guitar, they rocked pretty hard. None of us is getting any younger!

This happens every time. I start off saying no way I'll buy it, and then eventually I cave.

Wouldn't that be a trip though, if we found out there was some post-production rehearsal shots taken. They hardly got very far into the project though from what I remember. Well, apparently enough to put together 10 pieces of music for it. The unreleased tracks have been popping up a lot on my mind recently though--I'm pretty psyched. I wonder if the other music pieces will resemble the songs on the Warchild album or if some of them will be some unheard originals, maybe by David Palmer.

The best album to remix is broadsword. Some songs would sound so much better with improved drum sounds. Probably 30 songs are part of this era. This would be the most pleasing remix. Under wraps, crest and rock island would also need drum remixes

True, but I bet Ian would have made some pretty persistent and mischievous appearances in it considering his face was worth a lot of money back in those days--I doubt people would have been very satisfied with a Tull movie without significant Ian face time. Perhaps in another dimension

This will include a studio version of Tomorrow was today. Was always hoping there would be a studio version of this I cannot begin to express my joy at this. My mind has screamed for a clean version of this track ever since hearing it on bootlegs. I only hope it musically resembles its live brethren.

My mind has screamed for a clean version of this track ever since hearing it on bootlegs. I only hope it musically resembles its live brethren. Recently Black Oak Arkansas released a bunch of un-released studio material including a studio recoding of their classic "Hot Rod"--the studio track was extremely weak in comparison to the live track. Hope this isn't the same case, but then again Tull was a much better band both in the studio and out.

Wouldn't be surprised if there is a studio version of hot headed English general on the next remixed album. Same with Beethovens 9th symphony and Guitar/drum jam. They would spice up Too old and Minstrel
