Would love to hear some previously unreleased studio tracks again. I skipped the minstrel remix as I'm not a big fan of the album and there were no new studio tracks coming from the vaults. I think the Too old tracks have more potential with some remixing than Minstrel. 75 and 76 is tulls weakest era of the 70s imo but some Unkown gems will get me really interested

It wouldn't surprise me if they packaged the Tampa show into a TOTRR remaster.
I'm done we these remasters.

I do hope they get to SFTW in a couple of years. That one I'm buying. Being that is Probably Ian's favorite I have hopes the remixes will at least go that far.

I really want broadsword to get the treatment too. Should be about 30 studio tracks. Several drum tracks need to be toned down. Beastie and jackalynn would sound so much better with their drum tracks remixed. I find them pretty much unlistenable when the drums come in. Please ian make these potentially enjoyable tracks a better listen. Hopefully we get to hear DJ and dinosaur. Jackalynn(home version), motoreyes, commons brawl, lights out, curse, drive on the young side of life, crew nights, no step etc need to be added to the 17 remasters tracks. Most need drum remixes, some more than others

Not the Tampa 76 show, but probably the TV special for sure.

Not the Tampa 76 show, but probably the TV special for sure. Good point. I think our old friend Pat (Quizz Kid) came across a high quality version of that special, so I would expect that he's made that available to Ian/EMI.

SFTW was the first "new" release I ever bought by Tull and I was not disappointed. Great album.

For anyone who hasn't seen it, the LWT special is on YT. By far my least favourite Tull album. Best regards to all Tullies. Icy L

The 20 years box set is my favorite collection of music all time by a band - gems galore. Would love to hear that stuff remixed. Actually I would be up for a remix of everything. I was never a fan of IA's production skills. Even up through the 90s - where RTB was okay, I thought Catfish and Dot Com were dull sounding overall.

The TOTRnRTYTD will include the TV special, Ian did have a few loose ends to work out. They have been ironed and it will be in the release, and with a few unearthed tracks. Some more goodies to be included.

I never really understood why TOTRAR was so under rated. The band are smokin'!
I've been loving the remixes, they really are superb. Having said that, Minstrel has been my least favourite. It wouldn't be the top of my list anyway but that aside I didn't feel Steven Wilson made anything else stand out unlike his previous remixes. I guess the original mix was pretty good. Yeah it's louder and a bit clearer but on the earlier remixes certain instruments just seem to come alive like never before!
TOTRAR is an album desperate for the remix treatment. It's always bothered me, there was some high pitch whine present throughout the whole album. I bet some of you TOTRAR doubters will find a whole new appreciation for the remix when it is released.
Anyway, it marks a milestone because next up we hit the folk trio albums. Storm Watch is a horrible mess of an album that is going to shine like never before. Go listen to the Passion Play remix then jump to Storm Watch. You'll be shocked at the difference.

Yeah a double album with about 30 individual songs all remixed with much better sounding drums would make this the most rewarding tull remix. I want to enjoy Beastie for the first time with a nice sounding snare taken from the original drum track. Just lowering the volume will improve it be a lot then a bit of eq work for a nicer sound. Please get this done Ian . As for the 90s I think tull were the best of the old bands in this decade. Some cool songs on cat, roots and dot. Cool outtakes from cat and dot also

Not a fan of Too Old to etc. Some great individual songs like Salamander and Taxi Grab, but overall forgettable, sandwiched between two far greater albums (Minstrel in the Gallery and Songs from the Woods).

Release SFTW and Heavy Horses back to back. Those albums belong together. My favourite twofer.

Looks as if Steve Wilson will be doing all the 70's albums. It will be interesting to see if he can breath some life into TOTRNR. But again, no way I'm buying it!

Release SFTW and Heavy Horses back to back. Those albums belong together. My favourite twofer. Mine too. They should be back to back as that's the way they were released originally in 77 and 78 I think it was. I never understood why the different vocal delivery on HH. It's like he went all Kat Stevens for an album.

I think SFTW and HH both deserve individual releases. Being one of his favorites, I don´t think IA would asemble any SFTW material with anything else. For SFTW, a cleaned, full London Hypodrome 77 video release should be embedded, and for HH there are the Bursting Out tour multitracks to produce an accompanying full live 78 release.

A boot? that is never going to happen...IA tends to dismisslive releases (even those professionally recorded). The fact that Paris 75 had to wait 40 years before release, that speaks volumes...

I listened to the whole album this weekend and really enjoyed it even if it is one of their weaker albums. I like Ian's vocals which sound very British. Barrie's drums are great, and John had a predominant role on the keyboards.
My favorite tracks are Quizz Kid, Big Dipper, and The Chequered Flag.
