Culpepers Orchard from Denmark. This band does not feature flute always but the construction of many of their songs somehow often remind me of early Tull.
This track Ode to Resistance features flute in its introductory acoustic section and some Tull trilling in its end section
For a Tull like track with no flute check out Your song and mine . Reminds me of Stand Up / Benefit era Tull

Some early 70s flute prog rock from Gaa check out the flute at 4.36 If early Tull had ever collaborated with Jimi Hendrix, the result would probably sound something like GAA. Jeff

Guadalquivir play in a flamenco jazz fusion style in their general life composition. Reminds of Al Dimeola ..nice flute thoughout Just listened to that one all the way through and really enjoyed it. Different style than Tull, but it has the Tullish bombast and the flute reminds me of the way Ian plays now, as opposed to how he used to play. If Tull were to venture into flamenco, that's pretty much how they would sound. I am going to be listening to some more of your recent bands here, and definitely more of Rob's stuff, now that I am "back" here after being upset the last day or two. Two of the things I am most passionate about seemed to be in direct conflict with each other, but there is now hope that there might not be any conflict after all! Jeff
