The AMC Pacer certainly warrants a place in this listing.

Sorry if anyone has one, but I have to nominate two new cars. The Nissan Juke .jpg) and possibly the worst Land Rover ever built. wait til I get started on the Austin Allegro and The Morris Marina

I always wondered what Pontiac was thinking with the Aztek? Jeez Paul, I have 2 of these babies......My wife and I have his and her models. Pink and powder blue. When I saw the guy on "Breaking Bad" driving one we went right out and got em. It just screams "intelligence" You can roll those things and they dont look any different either. The only problem with rolling them is not having the groceries strapped down, my son got hit with the large bottle of detergent and our gallon of Bacardi. He's ok, and I would recommend the "intelligent" interior grocery netting that doubles as an infant seat. Cool cars. Reel green feeling. Sorry that all should've been in glaring MAROON. I would never own an ass wipe looking thing like that. "Do you get a bowl of soup with that?............Oh! It looks good on you though....." Darin

Well that's the thing isn't it? Somebody's bound to own some of these at some point. And I'll be the first to admit, I have owned some ugly-assed vehicles in my day. Here's one, although this one is not actually mine. The Ford Fiesta. Don't remember the exact year I had.

I like the look of the Aztec. There's really a pink one? I think that first car is kind of cool in a retro way. Not like this one: My first car. Hate! My uncle got it at a car auction. My parents wanted me in something big and safe, as they said. I looked like a detective from the 70's. I drove it to high school, which was in the late 90's, and I didn't look too cool. Plus it had severe carburetor issues. Sorry so big, I can't seem to resize on this thing.

Yes, it's strange. But it's strange in a not-so-bad way. You're not the first that I'm hearing that about the Range Rover. I'm getting close to needing a new SUV so I read with interest when the Evoque came out. It certainly was the flavor of the month as far as the US auto mags were concerned. I stopped considering it because rear visibility must really suck, and it offers little in terms of hauling my gear. Finally, the turbo-charged 4 wouldn't satisfy my towing needs.

Cant put down first cars they just "are". Darin

You like the Aztek? Really? Then I bet you like Acura's 2012 RDX. Some kind of strange bird thing going on there...

The Evoque is a poseur's car, it's aimed at the UK and European Beckham wannabees. It is a god awful car in terms of travelling in. I'm looking for an accessible and biggish 4x4/All wheel drive for various reasons, and tried the Evoque...it truly was horrendous. Rear view was awful, and would be non-exisitant with rear passengers.
None of these cars are particularly pretty, but at the moment I'm veering towards the big Volvo's, poor resale value but thye tick most of the boxes so far.

I think you should add that you had your arm severely twisted to try it, otherwise everyone will think you want to be a Beckham-a-like :-)

Have to agree on the Aztek (what was GM thinking?) and the Pacer (I remember the Pacers had a mish-mash of parts from other auto companies including Philco-Ford stereos!).
I would include most of the Ford, Chevy and Chrysler lines from the 90s (Taurus, Stratus, Impala? Bleahhh!).

A a pet-peeve of mine is people who drive vehicles they have no business driving. For instance there are so many people in my neck of the woods driving Land Rovers that would never even think of taking it off road. WHY BUY IT? ? And I just love BMW drivers who CANNOT DRIVE!!! Do they understand that their vehicle is the ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE? If you've never thought about hitting the apex then you have no business in their cars!! Ok, I feel better now. And now back to one of the ugliest designs ever. Hopefully none of you own one! The Buick Skylark with it's baleen grill.

My son, after I answered his question about what it was, summed up the Nissan Cube with the comment: "Well it looks like it's melting" The one at the bottom.......A rip off of the late Gerry Anderson melded with the Curiosity Rover. Anderson wouldn't have approved.

The worst feature of this car is that it comes standard with an old guy in a gown spouting Latin.
