I don't understand, are accordions not allowed on budget airlines? Do they have one of those 'no accordion' signs with an image of an accordion inside a red circle with a diagonal line through it? Are they worried about accordion bombers? The other interesting thing is that he includes the Israel shows in his accordion request, so that is very good news. Jeff

Ian can not afford it, spending all the hard earned cash, he might be able to use the money they save to put out a NEW disk of original material

Jeff ;D The only place I've ever seen one of those "no accordion" signs was over at Dan's place.

Well, accordions can be described as 'instruments of torture', and they may well be on the UN list of banned armaments (like mustard gas and Pauly Shore movies). Although I did see Weird Al Yankovic in concert once doing a Jimi Hendrix tribute on accordion (complete with distortion, octave and wah-wah pedals). It was amazing.

Accordion on cd , Secret Language Of Birds - Very, Very good. Accordion needed on ever thing else - well, let's just say I hope Ian flies on budget airlines this fall in the U.S. I mean, c'mon, does he just want to set some record for most flute and accordion in Rock & Roll?
