Hi to all. First of all, the set list... 1. Nothing is easy 2. Beggar’s Farm 3. A new day yesterday 4. Good Company (King Henry's Madrigal) 5. Life is a long song 6. Thick as a brick 7. Songs from the wood 8. Bouree 9. The hare in a wine cap 10. A change of horses 11. Cross eyed Mary 12. Farm on the Freeway 13. un singolo di Martin Barre (almeno credo) 14. My God 15. Aqualung 16. Locomotive breath About last's monday J.T show, i believe it has been a good concert, i mean all the band members played much good. It seems to me that O'Hara is gettin better, i mean he offen adds sounds and funny sounds to the pieces of music that we know very well, and that enriches the show. Until the last year's show, that did'nt happen. He is probably having more confidence and aquainstance with J.T directory. John also helped Ian singing SFTW. I've found Ian's voice surely good, after all, the same as the other shows i' ve seen this year, much stable during the concert. He usually chooses songs more suitable for his voice, that's why makes me to anger when he insists performing SFTW. It is very difficult for him, actually !!. He has had no problems performing the others songs in that show, anyway. The band played very well " Beggar's Farm, Nothing is Easy, and a New Day Yesterday ". Super well " King Henry' S Madrigal, and Thick as a Brick ". Majestic, really. Aqualung has been porposed to the audiences thousand times, and when it is played in the way they did last night, it always succeeds moving, really. Very pleasants the " new songs ". I must say again that " A Change of Horses " reminds me " A Better Moon . Martin was in a very good shape. Before the band started " Locom Breath ", Martin for some seconds pointed out " Quatrain ". For a while it was like to be in " Bursting Out ". And again, unusually, a short part of " Teacher ". For some reasons, about the Manchester and Genova concerts, i can't say they have been better shows, but at least, advanced, there was something more. That due to a different set list i believe. In my opinion to begin with " Dun Ringil ", water special effects it has been a choice from master, worthy of Ian. And also the weather balloons ending in Manchester they have rendered all evocative even more than a J.T concert already is. We will be meeting again J.T in one month not far from here, in Switzerland. M.

Thank you for the write-up and set list, Michele, I'm glad you enjoyed seeing Tull in your own backyard!
Nice to see 16 songs in the setlist, with Life's a Long Song added, and Farm on the Freeway and Cross-Eyed Mary replacing Budapest. During the U.S. tour they only played a measly 12 songs at the Jones Beach show, and just 13 at PNC in New Jersey, due to the length of Procul Harum's set and a late start at the beach.

Thanks for the review M. Glad you had a good time. Even though Ian struggled with Songs From The Wood when I saw them this past June, I thought the song licked ass! I really enjoyed the version they played. Looking forward two a couple of IA solo shows this fall.

I must add that Ian did'nt perform SFTW extremely bad, only it seems particularly difficult for him. It was obvious the difference because the high quality of the rest of the pieces in the show... We have the same though...I am also hoping for some date here around this winter as usual for the solo tour or Christmas Concerts.
