Fame & Fortune: Jethro Tull's Ian AndersonIan Anderson, 62, is head of the rock band Jethro Tull. He lives at his 400-acre mansion in Wiltshire with his 55-year-old wife Shona. By Mark Anstead Published: 7:41AM BST 28 Aug 2009 From early on in your career you took control of your own management – why?We did it from the 1970s. I don't think it's something everybody should do, only if you genuinely enjoy organising, but I heard some bands were not making any money from their tours and, quite frankly, I thought they must be stupid. If they watched where their money was going more closely they wouldn't have allowed themselves to be mismanaged. www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/personalfinance/fameandfortune/6102159/Fame-and-Fortune-Jethro-Tulls-Ian-Anderson.html

that was an interesting article, she is the taskmaster, met her once and she was in shall we say less than pleased at things and was not in a happy state back stage, when we left for the bar. She thought Andy was traveling back with them and things had changed and she was none to happy, which in turn made Ian none too happy.
