Doane Perry!! Before he joined Tull. I sure do hope nobody posts the cover of the album anywhere without a TJTB watermark though. Good thread.

That is correct Kai,
and there is a watermark on the album cover, another rather interesting album, that I have to rip one of these day,

I supposed I should have mentioned this earlier but are google searches cheating? Because I certainly didn't know it off the top of my head..
After a few minute search the only connection to Tull I can make with head machine is that Ken Hensley played Guitar, Keyboards and some Vocals on the album, and he was previously a keyboardest for the band Toe Fat, which I know John Glascock was a member of for a while...
EDIT: Aha! I have figured it out. I won't say it though. I was wondering why the album credited Ken Hensley as Ken Leslie...
Nice one!

well you see the credits on the Head Machine album are
John Glascock is really-John Leadhen Ken Hensley -Ken Leslie- vocals, keyboards, guitar Joe Konas -Brian Poole - guitar Lee Kerslake -Lee Poole - drums
and I guess if you want to use Google that is ok

Yes that's why I hinted that Ken Hensley was printed as Ken Leslie--so someone else can figure it out!
