that so many people i meet at work and in everyday life think that tull are no longer around ?? i allways put them rite ie point them to the website etc but loads say to me ohh they arent still going are they ? maybe its the lack of publicity or they arent interested , having said that, plenty have said if they had known tull were still doing shows they would definately be there ( ive reconverted a few old fans !! ) .

Welcome Tullite, glad you joined us. As to your question, It was bound to happen eventually. But I'm sure Ian's vocal troubles didn't help. Nor did the fact that he turned Tull into a nostalgia act years ago. But maybe that just comes with age. Or maybe it's just that he found it much easier to pull off. Cheers, Paul

good to be here, its a good site . I'm glad you're liking it here so far, Tullite! (BTW, I would like to address you by your first name, if that's okay with you, but I don't know it yet.) Tomorrow is this board's three month birthday, so we are still very new. But we already have 70 members, some interesting features, discussion topics and story-telling threads, and.......er well, yes! It really has turned out nicely. Jeff

I think it's just the lack of publicity and lack of any new music. Up until about ten years ago, there would still be articles about Tull in the rock press, and they still made the front cover every once in awhile, but no longer. They have literally disappeared from the pages of music magazines. Jeff
