At the 54th Emmy Awards ceremony in 2002, hosted by Conan O'Brien, Conan joked that rather than orchestra music interrupting acceptance speeches that go on too long, he would interject by singing and playing on guitar "the most annoying part of Jethro Tull's Aqualung." He then proceeded to tunefully strum and sing "ee, hee, hee hee....", etc., to much laughter from the luminaries in the audience:

The funny thing is I just stumbled across that Conan thing on youtube....right as we were getting ready to watch the Oscars! How weird is that?

I came across this during a commercial break. My wife and I had a big laugh! Conan is a big Tull fan from what I understand. So is Mike Breen, the NBA broadcaster.
