I've listed this here becuase it is neither an official record compnay release nor is it of indeterminable origin since it is clearly endorsed in some way or other, a bit like our Dave Pegg interview. It is described on the back as; "The limited edition collector's item has been made available exclusively to readers of "A NEW DAY", the Jethro Tull Magazine."It contains two cassette tapes of an interview to celebrate the band's 25th anniversary. Incredible pics. The only Tull album I had on cassette was A. Caught in a crossfire on Baker Street Avenue.

Incredible pics. The only Tull album I had on cassette was A. Caught in a crossfire on Baker Street Avenue. I have a few on cassette but nowhere near the full collection. Only other ones of interest would be Stand up early label, and BatB in the miniture video style case.

Front Inside RearI have transferred this to a double CD package and run appropriate Tull tracks behind Ian and Martins stories. Originally intended to be radio snippets for the 25 Anniv. Great stories, pretty funny. I was afraid that the tapes were degrading. Darin

Darin Thanks for resurrecting this In case you weren't aware it was released originally as a double CD. I have a copy and will post images of it soon. I meant to have done it sooner but it slipped off the list. Pat

That's a great story, Pat, and you were lucky to see Steeleye on that tour, and to have Ian sitting right in front of you for that! Didn't Martin Carthy rejoin Steeleye for that album? I have been trying to find a CD of it on Amazon, but it's like $350 or something, because it's so rare. I'd like to hear the John Evans story too. Jeff The John Evan story centres on a gig that David Palmer was doing at the Hammersmith studio's at the time wehn there was talk of Tallis. I'll try and add it tomorrow. *clears throat* Still waiting to read this... *Beckons with fingers* Bring it on!

Buckle Up! At first I thought this thread had Tull Rolling Papers or Bongs. Has anyone found those yet?

All the rolling papers were burned in a series of small fires.

All the rolling papers were burned in a series of small fires. What happened to the Tull Pipes? "Bring me my Broadsword and a Tull Pipe to light the way!" ;D

Here's Me Buckle ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Jeff, have you ever noticed that the background image to your undeniably awesome belt buckle is from the front cover of Uriah Heep's Demons and Wizards album? Look towards the top left. Makes it even cooler, I think. You probably already knew this, though

Nice little IA tin button badge I picked up in 1970/71 from a rather wonderful little record shop over in London's Petticoat Lane

Wow! Great pics from that tour book which they ran out of before coming here. I think the marketing strategy gets modified quite a bit. The pic with John Evan is very funny while the other guys look quite distinguished. David Palmer the brick layer is awesome too.
I've seen that button before but never came across it at any conventions. Well Done!

Very nice neon Tull Light. This light would look awesome in the Tull Cave.

Probably the largest piece of Tull paraphernalia I have ever seen in a private collection. Here you go, Boy Scout Manual supporter and contributor Bob Barber's most recent contribution....and what a contribution it is. The comedy mask from the APP stage set! And it's signed! I shudder to think about how big Bob's Tull Den must be to accommodate this!
