on that other board someone said that Ian was once thrown out of an interview when asked a question re: "Roll Yer Own"? Anyone w/ detalis? I'm not sure if Ian was actually "thrown out" but I remember (and have it on cassete tape somewhere) him saying that on a 'Rockline' program about the time Catfish Rising was released. The story was , he was on a sort of prim and proper morning radio show in England and the female interviewer said she liked the song, 'Roll Yer Own" and wanted to play it and asked Ian about the background of the song. Ian tried to dance around the subject and suggested that maybe she should play something else. She insisted and Ian finally had to say something like, "Madam, I'm trying my hardest, but I'm trying not to use the term, female masturbation on morning radio!" And then he went on to elaborate that the director was,"waving his arms and telling me to get the hell out here." So I believe his story but not sure of his embellishment that he was actually 'thrown out". Dan
